crashed and lost stuff

I dont know if there is anything you can do about it, but I was trying to transfer some stuff from one character to another, so I found a secluded corner in a vacant zone, dropped 4 bags, and went to log out and onto my other character to pick up the bags. I crashed while logging out, and when I logged back in, only one bag was there. There was no one around who could have picked the other bags. They have just disappeared into cyber space. Is there any way to get them back, or are they gone forever?

Put in a petition in the petition forum, provide as much info as you can, and cross your fingers

Ah, I didnt know there was a petition forum. I guess I didnt scroll down far enough. I will do that, thanks :)
