Except if you bothered to do any research at all on transsexuals you would know that this is a patently false argument brought up by bigots who wish to justify their position. Hence, no point in really trying to explain anything to him.

Sure there might be some confused people out there that feel this way, or start out feeling this way, but they typically don't actually transition or have GRS or do the hormones. Dood yes. Lol. I even had sex and proposed to marry a sweet girl with 3 kids. Worked many different jobs. IT, and labor, and retail sales associate, everything from life sucking drudgery, to exciting bullshit with the satans army. Climbing mountains. Archery, Skydiving, lots of traveling to the coastal states. Digital forensics, hacking, electrical engineering, computer security and intrusion detection, college, welding. I was a regular jack of all trades, master of none, bored with all the fucking shit 1% er.

I did most of that because I had to survive though. Or prove something to myself, or face death. Or push myself past death. I even had a brief unfulfilling period of hanging with my bros at the strip clubs and hookers, and fighting in parking lots and just being fucking nuts.

I would like to add, that.. little kids transitioning is disgusting, and allowing anyone under the age of 18 is very wrong and evil. That is such a big decision. I don't think anyone under the age of 18 is mature enough to make that big of a decision, without acknowledging all of the consequences and how awful their life *could* potentially be.

The only time anything ever, transition not even included should be decided for a kid is in the most extreme extreme circumstances. Probably by a court of peers and medical people.

If the kid is rational and mature enough they can argue their case before professiohnals and LIMITS can be imposed so they can do things that aren't HRT or FFS or GRS.

All that can wait until after 18. Accept in maybe the most wild and rare intersex/medicaly unique and obvious cases ... of which maybe less then 100 exist per year, and those people need to see specialists who's doctorates center around this stuff.

I want to burn that creep on the daily at the stake. Sorry, but I had a transwoman come in to my shop today and yelling on the phone and being mean. It made me uncomftorble and everyone else. It was rude and impolite. But that's immaturity and unpassability, and a refusal to embrace feminine ideals. That person sucked. Not because they were attempting to transition. It's because they didn't give a fuck.

They don't even care enough to use proper pronouns themselves, he goes by a he. He is just one fucked individual.

But do you really want another set of laws and hall monitor "transition" police? Thats what psychologists and psychiatrists, and endocronologists, and other researchers are supposed to be doing. Clearly they aren't doing a great job though. They also need to be held accountable for when they fuck up also.

They need better standards and more knowledge. There are a lot of people who don't know what the fuck they are getting into.

Transition is normally an extreme measure of last resort for people when they have exhausted all hope. Me I was suicidal for my entire life, I exhausted all hope. I knew I could pull it off after research and testing the waters. I saught out professionals, I wasn't buying drugs online.

Either people fit into the gender binary and blend, or they are genderqueer and live somewhere they can do their thing. Or their fucking raging lunatics. It sucks for the unpassable.

Marginalizing the plight of transfolk, saying that the violent misuse of pronouns is less severe than other victims of violence is extremely offensive. You need to add a trigger warning before responding so violently and aggressively, because your response caught me completely off guard and I had to take a Valium to stop the panic attack you caused me.
