Also being that the goal of Football is to collide for both parties, whereas in rugby the collisions are one-sided with one party giving way, or incidental in nature with one party moving away and mitigating the impact (tackles).

Rugby is 100% a tougher sport than the squishy fat americans who play football. Bunch of pussies wear so much padding that they can barely move and still get booboos all the time.
