Wizard Anti-Gate Spell

I have spent quite a while researching the Velious-era wizard spell "Translocational Suppression," but I could not find when it was implemented into the game. Furthermore, I don't see it [even grayed-out] on the wiki sight for wizard spells.

Anyone know when this WAS introduced on live, so we can get an idea of when it WILL be implemented on p99? Thanks.

That spell never existed, it was likely a test spell that never made it live.
