Rogue Bind Wound Bug?

So I searched and found a previous thread...

The guy claimed his bind wound was capped at 188 (level 47) despite being level 53.

Currently I am level 55 and have gone through >20 stacks of bandages without a skill up and am stuck at 196 (level 49).

Can any other rogues in these level ranges throw in some data here? Seems unlikely two of us are having the exact problem

Bind wounds is based off int/wis, right? I'm assuming yours is low.... maybe the RNG hates you? It's possible.

Yea figured someone would say that. How many more stacks would help change your mind, can do some more tomorrow :)

I usually borrow wis gear from a shaman or druid before I work on skills. If you're on in the morning I can summon a bunch of bandages on my mage... :)

Well I'll let you know after I've done 10 more stacks. Still looking to see if any other rogues in this level range have done their bind wound and hit an odd cap 6 levels below where it should be.

I've been slacking (or grouping too much?) because my bind wound is like 107 at level 51. It still goes up, just don't use it much...

You know reading that previous thread linked in original post someone did state that rogue and warrior bind wound will pass 201 at level 57. So I think the confusion is I thought rogues were on the same level as monks for bind wound when in fact we are 6 levels behind.

Considering this a case closed for me, rogues and warriors will get 70% at level 57, monks will get it at 51.
