Bard Levitate song now no long requires a flute?

You normally needed a wind instrument to play the level 31 bard song (which levitates the group), but now for some reason you don't anymore. Working as intended?

also while I'm at it, I killed Zaharn yesterday and he dropped nothing. Is that normal?

It didn't originally, at some point it was changed. I want to say it was brought up in on of Jete's big bard bug posts and fixed by Haynar, but am not positive. I do remember after it was changed that you did have to have a flute to play levitate song.

As for the high priest, I believe his only drop was the coronet which was rare, and that he never had a common drop.

Just tried to cast it (agilmente's aria of eagles) while totally naked and I got the "You need to play a wind instrument for this song." message.

The song will start casting, but upon finishing the 3-second cast it will not actually work.
