NPC's not changing out in Seafarer's Roost, East Freeport

Working on the Zimel's Blades (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=362) quest currently, and trying to talk to Tykar Renlin, but he won't spawn. In fact, none of the NPC's are swapping out with their various counterparts that normally spawn at this bar. I've sat in the bar for almost 3 game days now, and the same NPC's have been here the entire time, instead of swapping with the other NPC's that are supposed to spawn randomly. Currently up are; Scar, Bronto Thudfoot, Sir Edwin Motte, Imxil Tbrow, Trolon Lightleer, Henna Treghost and Lozani. Currently at a roadblock in this quest because of this. Thanks.

Same thing is happening to me also.....tried killing the mobs and thats the only thing that swaps them out...but tykar still hasnt spawned

Same issue, need Tykar to show up to move on with quest line.

Dunno about the others, but the two standing at the bar (Bronto/Scar?) swapped over yesterday.

Biggle Limbokker has now spawned. There is something wrong with the spawn rate at the very least.

Ya they are swapping over because we were killing them....I need tykar to move on and im done with this damn quest.

Still not able to complete my Soulfire due to this npc not spawning....any fix? I have all steps completed and this part is not supposed to be the road block lol.
