If I can't save up for it, I don't need it. Except for a house/car haha, I'll cheat there.

I feel the same way ... have for years... my truck is a 2002. I bought it brand new in 2001 and it just hit 200k miles so maybe soon I'll be looking at a new vehicle. but until then I'll enjoy no car payment and bulging pockets.

Warren Buffet still lives in the first house he ever bought. Guy has enough to buy his own country... But, he isn't extravagant and is super thrifty in spite of great wealth.

Oh I think I remember you mentioning a new baby incoming a while ago. Well, grats to you and your family on the new house. It definitely sounds like you need the space. You're braver than me about the idea of becoming a landlord. That shit would fill me with dread, but as long as you're happy about it that's all that matters. :)

Does anyone else remember when Samsung was that Low End brand at Walmart in the 90's. RCA's were better.. Hats off to them for climbing out the gutter.
