Group Window Mana / Stam Bars not registering?

Real quick - I do programming on the side and have been editing the EQUI now for quite a while.. I cant seem to wrap my head around the fact that my coding is incorrect.. when it all checks out.. so the only thing im left to believe is that its on the server side and for whatever reason - you guys are not allowing this specific permission?

You can't see other group members mana or stamina bars in the group window.

This was added on live in the Seeds of Destruction expansion so that you could monitor your mercenaries' mana.

On the Titanium client, it will not function.
