certain probiotics even the lactic acid producing one lacobacillius GG which is the safest, has been proven in 0.1% fraction of people that it can travel to the heart and begin producing lactic acid there, possibly altering heart rythym or worse. So I steered clear.

pasteurized is nuked pretty good but it's very hard to sterilize milk and the container it's in, it then gets opened and subjected to things en rout and home.. by the time it's in your frig it's picked up all kinds of fun stuff, but in very low harmless amounts, it does then go bad overtime

Natural stuffs straight from the cows has good stuff in it for cows when the cows arent sick and pumped full of hormones to overproduced, but there really isn't anything natural about a cow, they've been artificially selected for and bread for a long time.

There are people who are lucky enough to have a good solid ecosystem that hasn't been destroyed by drugs, antibiotics and strange white person living conditions.

And while I don't have a scientific citation I think it's generally well accepted that living in a completely sterile environment and drinking and eating only sterile foods and water is not optimal for healthy people.

On the other hand people who have compromised immune systems do really need to be careful about their intake of foreign micro-organisms.

Thanks for the clarification. I've used antibioitics probably 10-12 times, probably more, and have a few side effects on my last run. I'll never use them again unless it is life-threatening and I preach against them since permanent sides. Going to make another run with the probiotics.
