Cyren was a very chill guy and had a sense of humor that was very laid back. As well as being the most helpful officer in Empire in my own experience and the most non-partisan officer with the least agenda, requiring the least hoops to jump through, next to Gongshow being #1 in that department. Not saying there is any agenda on the other side of the coin, simply saying Cyren seemed to have the least tendency for it. Basically he was cool and normal, and I didn't get even a hint of clique-ish scent off him even if I wanted to.

Again, this is just my own personal view and opinion.

Cyren was a breath of fresh air in a sea of trying-too-hard nerds, weirdos, and lootwhores.

I go back and re-watch The Sopranos every now and then and it encapsulates that moment in time perfectly. I get the same feeling now as i did while watching it ten years ago. Seinfeld is the same way in that anyone from New York can watch that show and feel like they are back in the 90's. Depending on your install/user (admin etc) sometimes the screenshots don't even go anywhere, they are auto deleted as soon as you take it. Neat feature of Windows 7+.

I remember I had a truckload of <Fresh> meltdown SS's during the golden age that were blocked from being written to the folder because EQ didn't have admin or something. Still can't take SS to this day.

We fought a few times and discovered that the server cant handle more than 150 ppl in the same zone fighting each other without crashing. All the while creating the least enjoyable eqpvp experience for everyone involved (at least on our end). Glad we decided not to go down that road this time around.

In any case we've beaten that dead horse enough, I'd like to hear more about why Empires biggest asset left the guild?
