Hi all, I am introducing myself. Ianos the ranger on Scars of Velious server! My brother and I play there, but my sister cannot log in because she and he share the same IP? I know this is probably to prevent 2box? But they legit share an internet connection! Can anyone help?

The only course of action I am aware of is to request an IP exemption in the appropriate request forum.

Such an exemption can take a while to process. And be aware, once you have it you will most likely be tested by a GM if you 2 box. If the GM thinks you are, you will be banned, no questions asked. So if you have the exemption, resist the temptation to "just log on my buddies cleric" while you still have another character online.

When you make your IP Exemption request post, whatever you do, DO NOT BUMP IT if there's no action on it. Historically these can take weeks to process. The staff work for free, they do these in batches.

There was a post recently by a mod that said they were working through them faster recently. So just be patient. Fill the form out completely.
