Storm Giant Foreman [Tunarean Ring]

Anyone have any luck spawning this guy? I been clearing all the laborer PH's trying to spawn him, seen the architect, surveyor, etc but no foreman.

Pro99 website shows 4 locations, I been clearing all the laborer mobs since im charm burning and could use the faction anyways, nada!

He seems to be a bit rare, but I've seen him up twice and looted the helm off him once from a faction group that was killing the giants in the area.

Very rare. I caught him up yesterday but it was very early in the morning and WL was practically abandoned. It was the first time I had ever seen him up. He was in one of the PH spots, so clearing the PH's is the way.
