First you need to quit your job. You have a new one now.

Second, you need to find people you can trust. People who can speak on your behalf.

Third, you need to let your balls drop. Far. Kick people a lot for arbitrary reasons.

Fourth, log on a lot. I mean a lot. People will think the guild is dying if you aren't around.
