I prefer to play with the resistance/underdog guilds. The benefit to many members of TMO, is that we're farming loot at a bonkers rate, and distributing it between a small group. Most of our players these days go from rags to full skyshrine before their application period's up.

I quit a day later because half the server was in one guild. I know it is a struggle for any sane man to actually raid more than once a month but I would hardly call that experience to advise up and coming guilds.
