Npc, PC models choppy

MY actual FPS is fine but models on characters both PC and NPc including mine is acting weird, its as if im lagging although im not, and it bugs the hell out of me :S How do i set my graphical settings to default? i think that may help,

any other ideas?

If their animations freeze or are 'twitching', you need to set EQ to one affinity. If you have an AMD dual core processor you can download the AMD Dual Core Optimizer. If you have intel you'll have to make the shortcut set it.

ahh i forgot we updated my rig :) so we have this fixed.
