Wiz epic revamp - Mistletoe Powder?

Hello, I was wondering with the revamped wiz epic quest if you can still turn in MPowder for the Staff of Gabtik. Its all grayed out in the wiki, not sure if this subquest still works. Can anyone confirm or deny?

Yes you can turn it in.

You need indifferent faction to the gnome but turning it in should still award you with the staff.

If you already have a staff of gabstik, and you turn in the oil from the broken golem, what will happen? I assume you'll simply not get the staff because it's lore, but you'll still get the note to Arantir. Is this correct? I'm almost certain it won't cause any problems, but if anyone can confirm, I know a few people who would appreciate it!

Correct. You get note + a "you cannot have multiple lore items message" because you can't have a 2nd staff.

Hello one question, i need the note 100% for turn the three staffs? of if i make pop the NPC with the quest starting epic work? i have the Staff from Tolapum long time ago, but i dont find the note... so dont know if have to kill teh golen just for get the note... Sorry my english and thanks for all.
