The #1 thing that anyone should really be concerned with when they marry someone is if they can live with that person for the foreseeable future and get along with them while doing so. I can't provide a massive sample size but my friends that went the route of wifing up the hottest chick they could have miserable marriages that involve being attached at the hip 24/7 and get bitched at for every little thing. My friends who got with the "average" looking girl or girls who were "bigger" are way more happier and their lives haven't changed much at all.

So if the obese woman was cool as fuck then yes I would marry her because I'd rather be happy than worry about what the person I loved looked like.
