Frundle will not give me a velium purifier

I ask her "What vial of velium vapor?" and she responds with all of the right quest dialog but no purifier. Not sure what else to do. My faction is good and I am doing the shawl quest.

Please delete. She finally gave it to me. I had to relog and redo the dialogue.
