level 1 or level 46 doesn't matter honestly, still the ONLY and best end game weapon of all rogues. and tbqh at level 1 or 30 you don't get as much out of it as 46-55+, there are plenty of people who still want rogue epics because they don't want a perma level 20-30 rogue fungi twink to gank people with. epic level requirement 46 best thing ever.

Still going to reduce price because people like having the best shit at level 1. Since it is the easiest epic to get a big part of the appeal was having it on a fresh character for leveling. It doesn't take much as a level 46+ to get this for free.
