Hey guys. New to server. Been fighting MMA for about 15 years now. Been training with the Gracie family lately and it is awesome. Anyone else a professional athlete here? How do you balance playtime with training?

Professional Triathelte here. I try to balance my play time between dirty bulking sessesions and intense shredding workouts followed up by huge meals of eggs and salmon.

I used to train a lot. Brown belt under Pablo Popovitch in South Florida. Moved to Club KO and taught children's MMA / jiu jitsu and trained there for a couple years. I haven't trained actively in 2 years though. I miss it :(
