Yeah MQer with tear needs the faction also, thats why hes probably paying so high. Because getting a tear is easy as hell for the most part, theres 6-7 guilds that can walk into fear and get them NP. Plus all the people who can duo/trio fear and golems to sell the loot rights, but simply isn't really anyone who factions up TS to MQ tears on red unfortunately.
