Hello,
I remembered that Ratraz (http://wiki.project1999.com/Ratraz) used to be a great camp for newbies around level 20 back in EQ live. I also read on the following thread that vendors and guards no longer assist Ratraz.
https://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=151941&highlight=Ratraz
Today I engaged Ratraz outside of the Maiden's Fancy taven I was also attacked by a merchant named Telnor D'Unnar (http://wiki.project1999.com/Telnor_D%60Unnar) who came out of his shop "The Bauble" to kill me to assist Ratraz.
Killing Ratraz is for a quest called Hukulk's Love (http://wiki.project1999.com/Hukulk%27s_Love) so he's meant to be killed and I doubt that it was the intent of the quest designer to have a level 40 merchant who can hit for 120 assist Ratraz for a level 20 quest.
I was wondering if you could look into this please? Thank you :)
