I got a 2015 loaner and when I brought it back one of the sales guys asked how I liked it. I told him it drove like shit and I'd never buy one. He said they were trying to appeal to the Lexus crowd (i.e. old people).

that's a shame. I remember the first time I really got a feel for the steering and sturdiness. I was going down the road trying to find the entrance to the highway, and I spotted it at the last moment. I turned to go for it but I figured I'd have to bail and turn around since I was going fast. Next thing you know, the car's practically at a complete stop and pointing right at the entrance. I was in love.

Coming out of the highway ramps at 50 or so, you barley feel the G force.

Nowadays I'd agree with you, unfortunately. BMW used to be the best driving experience, Mercedes always had the nicest interior and smoothest ride. Now I think they drive pretty similar and Mercedes still has the best interior out there. Not to mention you can get a pretty decently equipped brand new CLA for under 40k, good luck finding a new BMW even close to that with similar options.

I can't hate on lite for getting out there and trying. You can make a good career out of IT and sometimes you have to start in the trenches and work at places like seen in OP.

they moved om from servo to full electric afaik, i don't think feedback suffered a lot though, still superior to other brands np
