All Guards - "Time to die..."

I noticed many guards not saying "Time to die %t". It looks like all guards should be saying the phrase immediately upon attack. I found some logs referenced online. The later logs are from my time on Al'kabor (PoP era).
Every guard says the phrase even if multiples attack the same target. Also, guards will name their new target after they finish off their first target.

Please help me find more references from 1999-2001!

I noticed yesterday that many humanoid NPCs who have been engaged in battle have grown silent as well. I'll see if I can gather the evidence and post if possible.

This is already being addressed one zone at a time. After the last patch, a lot more npcs should be saying their emotes
