Yea (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HMT7AmXvTNI)

In all seriousness though, tween Lune sure loved Rammstein (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KzGKsXPBILw) back in the late 90's and early aughts

Wolfsheim are pretty amazing ! Germany has a rich history of excellent music. They also have laws that enforce airplay of a German music (35% of all music played on the radio has to be from German artists), which has led to a bit of a renaissance of the german music scene over the past 10 years.

Here some of the stuff I like(d) to listen to

Cool. Very interesting about the 35% rule, you would think some other countries would realize it makes sense to give your own country a chance. At the very least, making sure more established industry cannot be able to buy up 90% of your "Shelf-space". Very common sense law.

It is unfortunate side effect of globalization that a "Western-washing" by a tidal wave of capital that knocks down everything it comes into contact with.

I like german minimal electronic music. I also like some french and russian bands. Not so much EDM but just some styles of the electronic music.

An example of german music I like

Kollektiv Turmstrasse

Kombinat 100 (the same guy who is in Mollono.bass)

Has that alternative vibe in the beginning then switches to screamo like... seems listenable. I haven't really listened to much rock lately but skinny puppy is decent canadian band.. some of Ohgr's stuff is good too.

Here is a polish black metal band I took a liking too recently. Neo folk melodic black metal. Interesting stuff.
