Yew Leafs should be spawning random on ground in WL?

Back in classic I remember on my monk running all over WL with my CRT monitor gamma for green hue turned way up so I could see the Yew Leafs on the floor in WL a little easier. But here on P99 it seems that yew leafs are foraged? I thought for sure they were random ground spawn like back in the day.

I would run around WL for hours on end trying to get enough Yew Leafs, and at best 3 per hour, they were so tricky to spot and they were bright neon green color but were soo tiny, you had to really pay attention to keeping your head down.

So not sure if this is a bug on P99 or not coded like classic, but they should be ground spawn randomly out in WL like classic was.

Ok I did some research, they were extremely rare to forage, foraging existed to get them but most are saying they took anywhere from 4 to 6 hrs of foraging to get just 1. So being ultra rare on foraging I would say lower the percentage. They also like I said spawned on the floor and were very hard to see. At most I think i remember getting 3 an hour with my gamma set right on an old CRT monitor, but normal screen you probably be lucky to get 1 an hour. I see so many yew leafs for sale, just made me wonder that can't be right so many are being foraged like that.
