To preface, I have searched multiple threads, tried changing eqclient.ini, made sure Titanium isn't installed to Program Files (x86), all my drivers are up to date, as well as Windows (I'm running 8.1 Pro.)
Anyway, when I get Titanium installed, install the P99 files, and remove the files that need to be removed in the guide, I'm able to make it all the way to the loading menu where it's supposed to take me to the character select/creation. However, once the game starts loading that, it causes my screen to become insanely bright, and also gives me the "memory could not be read" error. I have tried everything in every thread I have been able to find to fix this, but nothing works. I even installed Live to see if it happened on there; there's no memory read error, but even there it still causes my screen to become unbearably bright.
If it matters, I'm running an i5-4670k, a Nvidia GTX 750 Ti, 8Gb of ram, and I have a Gigabyte G1.Sniper Z87 motherboard. Any help getting this to run is appreciated.
