Resist changes on calming/pacify?

I am finding at level 59 with Max CHA that a lot more mobs are resisting/crit resisting calm/pac

Anyone else have this problem?

I assume its just my terrible luck, but pre patch I swear it wasn't this bad

I do love the subtle changes that come with patches, its nice that we have some stuff to figure out afterwards :)

Everything's been charming/mezzing as usual for me - no noticeable changes.

57 enchanter using lull in the hole and no crit resists at all and minimal resists overall. i did see a cleric get a crit resist but i dont know what spell he used.
