I suspect that current R99 will be converted to blue, and pvp will be only on discord.

there are no details yet. they reaffirmed their intention to recycle the timeline on at least blue next year. they didn't talk about red and didn't rule it out. those specific things you suggested have not been put forth by anyone. not really anything to discuss besides speculation and hopes and dreams
