I don't want to wade through 30 pages of posts - Has a date been set for the release of the discord server? Thanks pals

Also coming some time in October, we are releasing a new temporary server. Project 1999: Discord...

110 hours of research. that's all we have for a date so far afaik

just kicked open the discord supercast (http://www.twitch.tv/sirkenp99/v/16759546). ill report back in 2 hrs but dont expect anything bout release date in there

Rogean: 'no release date. it will be released when ready, probably with minimal notice. maybe like a few days, a week.'

towards the end big Rog mentions there is an intention to make a news post prior to release that will detail all of the rule decisions for the server. that post will probably contain a solid opening date, and my bet is we won't hear bout it until that post.

Can't wait. Sounds like mid to late October. Hopefully without charm. Wouldn't mind fear too much

You haven't met most of the 60s on this server then. Charming in a newbie zone will result in /pet attack on closest guard RIP.

You should do the biggest heads up possible so more people than the professional Elf-sim E-Athletes who play EQ 24/7 can be there on launch day.
