Faster Zone loading with the new patch?

I don't know why it would make any sense;

When I zone it usually freezes the screen for 8-12 seconds before the loading screen pops up.

After the patch today It only freezes for like 2 seconds.

Kind of dumb, but I was like "This is Awesome!"

Anyone else notice this?

Seems the same to me, nice though for anyone who saw an improvement... my zoning speed isn't too slow.
