9th Spell slot

I am able to mem a spell in my 9th slot if I use the Alt - 9 with the spell on my cursor. I don't know if that is a known issue, or if I have hit something new. Just wanted to see if there was any fix for it.

It does clear out when I die, but it is frustrating when I accidentally mem a spell in that slot.

Also, if I did have a spell memmed in the 9th slot I would not regen my mana. After I found out about the issue, I was trying to force a spell in that slot so I would not accidentally mem a spell I needed in that slot. After I did that, I found that I would not regen any of my mana.

I don't recall the no mana regen bug. I do know that Alt 9ing scribes a spell in a hidden slot and old death fixes it.

Are you sure you just weren't out of water or something preventing mana regen. I recall loading Sunbeam in that slot because I never would cast the spell to prevent myself from doing it again. Never noticed lack of mana however

Oh, that might be it. I think I was on a corpse run, but being on a corpse run took my attention away from that being a possibility. I will pay attention next time to see if that is the case.

But there is nothing that I could do to stop the Alt 9ing?

Then again, if being out of water was causing the mana regen issue, I am not so scared about memming a useless spell in the 9th slot.
