Any good lower level warrior weapons from Velious?

Thinking about picking P99 back up and am wondering if there are any good weapons for a warrior that aren't super hard to get that came out with Velious.

I seem to recall low level weapons that were basically like combine weapons except they procced a dd.

Are probably the easiest to be able to buy or farm if you have a high level char that can group in Icewell or Velks. If your pockets are fairly deep there are a number of other items that would still be great you could potentially buy from a raiding guild as the items are tradeable but not necessarily useful for the guilds capable of obtaining them (since they'll have access to better)
