Root and Snare changes for a Necro

Do these changes now mean my roots will stack with my darkness line?

yep.

Makes root rotting safer than ever. And makes the necro epic less of a joke since it becomes manafree damage.

prob best to throw the level 29 slow, dooming darkness, on mobs when root/rotting. if root breaks you are less likely to get instantly gibbed when fighting in tight corners.

Dooming is def the best darkness for general utility. I'd be dropping cascading on everything if I had epic tho.
