The Supremes?

Anyone have any difficulty with a guild called "The Supremes"? I went to camp the gargoyles in OOT, a guy showed up (Mabyn) and started killing them, I mentioned I was there, he said he had died earlier, therefore it was still his camp. Rather obstinate and rude. I mentioned it to his guild leader, Mackle, in the event he cared about the guild reputation, who replied "Sweet, go fuck yourself." Guess that means no. I thought we got away from these types in our nostalgic hiatus to P99 ;p

Hi Mabyn here!

The reality is, I was very nice, offered to share the "camp" per the PNP (although I asked my guild beforehand to find out that the entire island could not be called a camp, and they said no). I was camping the gargs for about 4 hours and died. I came back as fast as I could get there. Upon my arrival, I let this fella know I had just come back from a death, went to the far side of the island, and pulled ONE gargoyle. He proceeded to get very upset.

I am fairly new, have very poor gear. I can kill about 1 of these gargoyles every 10 minutes (need to be full mana) OR I can kill 2 place holder skeletons. I was very happy to share the area with him as you can see from the convo below. He however, was not having it. Pretty sure I am not in the wrong here, but I would like to know if I am?

Only correction I see is that you DO lose a camp when you die... but yeah that isn't a camp. Otherwise you guys should have just shared.

First rule of P99 is everyone is called dude, bro, or sir, regardless of their actual IRL gender.

And playing nice would have involved sharing. Mabyn probably should have sent a tell before resuming pulls (sounds like maybe she didn't?), but otherwise she doesn't seem to be in the wrong here. 1 gargoyle every 10 minutes isn't something to get your panties in a bunch over.

outdoor zones have no camps. I know this from experience because I had an issue with someone taking mobs at the southpaw spires in SK ended up not being able to be called a camp so they forced me out. In any case first come first serve in all outdoor zones (non-dungeon types)
