For some reason when you are standing on a high ground trying to cast on a mob lower then you, one gets a out of range msg even if you are almost in aggro range of it.
you can test it by trying to cast harmony on the Giants after a scout turnin in WW.
try casting from the "scout side" where you have a very uneven landscape, you will get into aggro range before geting a spell to cast.
if you levi down to the other side of the giants or find a flat area where you are on the same level as the giants you can cast the spell at normal ranges again out of aggro range.
it's almost as if the game adds the high diff from you to mob to the range of the spell or something, but the aggro range ignores the same logic and just uses shortest distance and ignores the hight to decide if you aggro something
would be nice to see a fix.
