they rot all the time, and he is killed all the time, go hang out and make it known you would be appreciative if you could loot them.

what pringles said, camp out in KC if no one is there, pop your head back in every 30 mins to hour. Usually someone will be soloing or grouping there, pulling warlord/phs and you can usually walk up and loot it if not KOS to the faction dogs. otherwise im sure if you ask whoevers doing it if you can train in, or they can kill it closer to where you can grab it maybe they will help.

oh red though you can get to 60 and topor about as fast as you can complete the quest :p
