As much as I know its a troll; but I will attempt to educate you anyways. They changed the resist code in the past month or so.

You need 150+ CR to significantly partial non-lure nukes like ice comet, so 750 dmg nukes being corner casts do hurt a semi-stripped character.

I don't think I've seen a single Ice Comet partialed on 100 CR.
