I know this has been posted off and on again for the past few months.
I've completed this quest twice without any problems. but now it seems to be broken again. the tiny skeletons either don't spawn or somehow dont make it to you.
I've run around the zone for about 30 min with tracking looking for any sign of them, and nothing.

Fixed, pending update

This needed a full rewrite.

-Requires amiable or better
-Corrected spawn/despawn events of Dexlin/Bilbis, and the tiny skeletons
-tiny skeletons now path, and there are more of them
-Corrected faction rewards and added missing dialogue
