Is anyone here able to recommend a decent VPN provider? Anyone used ones that are bad and wouldn't recommend?

Looking into it, don't mind paying... I know there's some bad free ones out there.

PrivateInternetAccess works well and is highly reviewed. They take privacy seriously or so they claim. Lots of locations around the world, so you can bypass various country filters as needed.

Always wanted to have access to Pandora and other country specific things...as well as get around the UK's issues with torrent sites (doable through a proxy but would rather VPN)

I use privatetunnel. You can get 100 mb free just for making an account. You can then purchase 50 gb for 10 bucks afterward or keep making short term 100 mb accounts. It takes them a bit to shut down after the cap is reached so you can usually get more out of it. I just pay for the 50 gb because that lasts me about a year or two. It's not like wifi where you use it all the time. You use it when you need to dodge your network's restrictions or ensure anonymity.
