Well I bought a Lodizal map way back on live and got mine. Just saying. Anyway good luck on finding what you need.

well they are all no drop, combine into a single item which is then handed in for the eyepatch. No MQ possible when its a single item hand in and none of the items are transferable, you can only buy it, as Lasher said, through loot rights.
