Well this summer my eq time has been pretty much halted due to 300+ ping at best when I am on, so definitely can't imagine trying H1Z1 but I last played early June and they had managed to ban a lot at the time (think they had just banned over 5000 accounts) but there were still some on the high pop servers around police stations etc. I should be back to my luxury wifi at home in a few weeks and I'll let ya know then!

We could also do tourneys and whatnot, if that's allowed. Like, everyone buys in for 100pp, winner gets 50%, runner-up 30%, 3rd 20%.

Rust. Play that game, it's amazing. Has some hacker issues but you'll only get targeted if you make yourself conspicuous.

I started up a crew of like 12 guys on one server and our bases were so big we always got hit by hackers. Keep your stuff small and spread out to mitigate hacker losses. Was totally worth the 20 bucks.

If you're trying to be top dog they are an issue, if you're ok being mediocre it's a blast and you will rarely get hacked.

Sorcerer King is awesome. The reviews on Steam are pretty positive; I always check those out first. My experience with it is that the heroes you can choose are diverse enough to feel different and it's quite rewarding to both build an army, level up the soldiers in it, and craft equipment that they wear.

You have a leader that does not participate in battles, but has important stats and spells, and then you have heroes and soldiers that you fight with, level up, and equip.

If you are a fan of the genre, it's definitely worth playing.

Haven't finished PoE either, just picked it up really, but the story is dark and awesome, combat is good, and it actually feels like an RPG.

It's really sad, actually. Rust was a truly excellent game. All it needed was a few performance tweaks and better anti-cheat. Instead, they completely abandoned the original game and tried "upgrading" it, absolutely ruining the heart of the game in the process. Yeah; I'm still butthurt about it.

Personally the most irritating for me, was I started playing it while using a 5 year old gaming PC. It just wasn't cutting it. Sure, if I turned down all the graphics to "low" and looked at the ground while running, I could kind of play it. But the real fun was in fighting zombies. And anytime I so much as LOOKED at a zombie, my FPS dropped to like 3 and I was insta dead. It was a longtime coming, but that was what convinced me to build a new PC. Over the course of the next couple weeks, I priced out and bought all my parts. They arrived, and two days later I had that baby up and running. Only to find that while I was building my new PC, THEY PATCHED OUT THE ZOMBIES! Shortly thereafter they "patched" the game into an abomination; a shell of its former self. And that was that.

So here I am, using a highly powerful modern PC to play a 16-year old emulated elf-game, and Minecraft.

I thought vampire was gonna be the next eve and was all over that, then it got cancelled. The only games i played in the past 3-6 months i can recall is elite dangerous and Path of exile. I always get burned on POE and dont buy elite dangerous, its a scam. Its allrite if you dont mind paying 80$ for each incremental beta stages they have in store for their playerbase AKA "seasons". I played this game called enjoy summer, and not like a casual scrub.

God damn fighting pre honor system and pre battle grounds was the best ever. I played a hunter for the first months of WoW and that was great.

I loved dark souls 2 but damn that made me laugh, so true.

I'm playing thru bloodborne on ps4 now, and while it's somewhat entertaining and the atmosphere is pretty cool, it feels like a stripped down ds2 with no real spell casting system in the game aside from a few items that have spell like effects.

So literally all you do is spam melee and dodge 95% of the time.
