Second Rants & Flames sub forum

I think that the red server specific area of this message board is a little on the small side, and the community as a whole would benefit from one or two more rants and flames forums.

I voted for at least two more, but feel in actuality that rants and flames should not be restricted to any sub-forum. The information in each thread is vitally important to our community and as such all RnF related threads should appear directly at the top of the forum main page above all the other sub-forum categories.
