PoMischief - Flowers of Functionality should be Targetable

All 5 flowers should be targetable buffs from Velious launch to August 22, 2001 patch.

As of the August 22, 2001 patch the effects on all 5 flowers are self-only. /rude Verant

Currently the Black Flower I have is self only. I can post the Velious spdat of the 5 Petal Auras when I get home if no one beats me to it.

Strange that the 2001 04 04 spdat only lists black and green as 'Allowable Targets: All' instead of self.

So spdat is showing the white/red/blue as Self? The comment under the blue flower claims all 5 were targetable.

Yes, those 3 are listed as 'Allowable Targets: Self' in the spdat from the Velious spdat's I have.
