No idea what this thread is about but when i went and googled some of the content it took me to some youtube videos; those youtube videos somehow led me to cat videos; those cat videos taught me what a "Savannah Cat" is and now I want one.

assigning one goty to every year since Terraria = "carrying" about goty status. :rolleyes: I havent bought a full price game since 2007. I am a MGS fanboy though (4 sucked).

Complaints: the consoley jumping mechanics. When trying to jump across pits and crags you have to press E+direction at just the right moment to trigger a prefab animation instead of there just being a jump button and physics like in most PC games. It doesn't really even make sense, since the prefab animation is just a generic leap and if you do it at the wrong place you won't reach the other side.

You're also just way too fucking strong. CQC is dumbed down to the point that you are superman if you get in reach of an enemy. 3 weeks out of a coma and you smash people like you were wearing the suit from Iron Man when you get in melee range. The game is probably better balanced for people who are hamstrung by not using a mouse. But that's not a big deal, as nonlethal is still a good challenge.

The game could almost pass for a PC exclusive if it weren't for the two issues above and the fact that every button config menu defaults to showing a controller diagram. The game is a lot about tranq headshots if you aren't facerolling through it with a M60 getting a shit ranking. You would have to be a complete fucking mongo to use a controller, so this is either laziness or ineptitude.

First full price SP game I have found worth actual purchase since HL2. I'm blown away.

So I heard they botched the ending of the game, only including the real ending in the collectors edition but even that version was only about 1/3 complete.

Oh Konami. I hope you sell off your IPs soon.

da jooz as fuck, but the good news is the story/cutscenes/annoying boss fights literally don't matter in this incarnation of the game.

It's all about that sweet delicious FOB mode. The story is somewhat of a formality. The real tragedy will be hackers/cheaters ruining online play, since it is tied to your single-player resources which I have a hunch will be pokemon-easy to manipulate on the client side.
