End the spys, Remove Roleplay / Anon

sick of hearing people QQ about spys in various guilds! I propose a 2 week ban on Roleplay / Anon. Everyone can see what zone everyone is in always!

I never /anon or /role.

It's an mmo, its all about player interaction. flagging /anon and hiding away in obscure zones is against what eq is about, red or not.

That said, not classic. Everyone likes to stalk their prey, or hide from predators.

doesn't have to be forever! there's silence days, or weeks. various social things that happen during different times. GM events WAS classic, besides this isn't enteirely classic either. I'm just saying it might bet nice for a week or two to have it disable just to see what would happen.

Good troll thread but this wont effect spies. Spies in guilds are duplicitous dudes reporting to enemy guilds. I personally enjoy wandering from zone to zone to find players. Too easy otherwise
