This quest was supposedly fixed pending update.
I think one of the problems is the quest changed over time on live. What we have on P99 is like none of the live versions.
The robed slansin that gives the + factions to 'evil' should not despawn once spawned he should stay up until killed. He was part of a longer quest chain but no one is interested in that.

No useful fake slansin up after I took the bad hit on the real slansin today and went out for a couple of hours.
