Does this fresh blue server retain the experience bonuses or will it mimic the current blue server?

I made the move to red primarily because I enjoy the faster leveling, like many. Real life constraints make this type of server much more appealing.

While I do enjoy PVP, the toxic atmosphere and de-leveled twinks rolling newbs in cloth is somewhat annoying.

Why wipe? They could just make it so any new characters created on the server are blue.

Current red players could deflag pvp if they wanted and new characters could flag pvp if they wanted.

yea colgate found me IRL and in person came to me and said, dude if we dont get enough votes in this one shit post the server is going to CHANGE to blue, so we have to do it dude its IMPORTANT.
