Once on Drunder a player can continue to play as long as their game membership is maintained, but they will receive no customer service support. It is also a complete account transfer, so if you broke the rules with one of your characters, all of your existing characters and any you create in the future will also be exiled.

I think 1 zone.. like kerra ridge should be copied, with no npcs.

You could call this no escape island. It would gather prisoners from both pve and pvp servers who are permanently banned.

Banned players could be sent there, arriving a random location. No escape island would be full item loot pvp. /tell, shout, ooc, petition etc would not function. Players could never leave the zone by any means.

Perhaps include a streaming kill cam(an invisible client that ported around to fights involving the most players.) Productive citizens could watch the caged animals fight from the safety of a browser.

We should do this here (not just the red server option). That way, people with a prison mentality (or who I suspect are playing from a minimum security prison) can play P99 in P99 server prison. It's almost poetic.

It's absolutely amazing but it isnt a new concept nor execution

Sullon zek was a non csr no rules deity based pvp server with no level range

It was created to house the worst of the worst from all the other pvp servers

In short it was where i spent my time on live and it was an amazing time

i do like the idea somebody mentioned about kerra isle with full item loot id play that nonstop

Elite Dangerous has the concept of "shadow banning", where misfits will be able to continue playing, but will never encounter other players (at least not unbanned ones) and their actions can't affect the shared galaxy.
